This manuscript is an excerpt from my book published in 2008. The title was Every Congregation Needs a Little Conflict. This book is now archived. After 16 years it is time to update it. Aspects of conflict ministry in congregations and other Christian organizations have significantly changed. This manuscript needs new concepts and examples of conflict issues and situations.
